On the surface, I am a leadership coach, consultant and speaker specializing in stress management, resiliency, and public speaking presence.  I'm also a former "closet yogi" and recovered perfectionist, who was as comfortable chairing black tie fundraising events, as I was meditating in ashram temples.  I think my first spoken word after "Dada" was the question, "Why?"

After a lifetime quest in search of the highest Truth (and the perfect shade of lipstick). I discovered that all my profound questioning brought me to the place inside where searching for answers didn't matter nearly as much as simply BEING the answer to my own questions.

Of course, before that could happen, life had to put me on "pause" several times.  I was almost killed in 3 separate accidents before I was 18, had a near-death experience, overcame intense emotional and physical challenges following a very painful divorce, lost almost everything and everyone, and finally surrendered to the journey through "the dark night of the soul," before stepping out into the light of my own Self.

My passion is to inspire women of all ages to deeply remember who we are, to boldly own our authenticity, and to playfully share our powerful voices of gracious strength, not only with each other, but with the world.

I invite you to join me...
